It is guaranteed by the ISO 22000 and IFS certifications (this last one obtained with High Quality grade - the highest possible - and represents the most strict certification for a food processing company) that the Nino Galli products are processed following the highest sanitary standards. However, the combination of hygiene and cutting edge machinery is not sufficient in order to obtain a product of excellence: experience and knowledge are also determining factors.
